Outstanding concert

Tiny Desk AI Generator: Outstanding Concert, Up to 5 Faces

Upload a Lead photo. Add Left, Keys, Right and Sax only if you want those seats. You get one fixed cut: about 19 seconds, vertical, with the original Outstanding audio. An empty seat keeps the performer already in the cut.

The cut people are posting

Three posts, one 19-second cut, over 3.3M plays.

These three TikToks use the same Outstanding Tiny Desk cut with new faces in the seats. Together they have more than 3.3 million plays. The beats people come back for are the same each time: the Lead's laugh close-up and the moment the Sax player turns out to be someone else.

2.53M plays · 18 Oct 2026

The biggest of the three: a college football edit where the laugh close-up carries the joke.

432K plays · 23 Oct 2026

Same cut, recast around an NFL division, with the Sax close-up saved for a separate reveal.

The whole post is built around the Sax seat. The caption sets it up, and the sax close-up at about 14 seconds pays it off.

How to make a Tiny Desk AI video

Four steps, about ten minutes.

There is no prompt and no editing. You pick faces for the seats; the cut, camera moves and audio stay the same.

01 / LEAD

Add the Lead photo

This is the only required seat. Lead is on screen twice: the side close-up at the start and the laughing close-up in the middle.

02 / SEATS

Fill any other seats

Add Left, Keys, Right or Sax if you want them. Skip any you don't need; those keep the original performer.

03 / CREATE

Sign in and create

Sign in with email or Google. One video costs 1000 credits. If your balance is short, the page shows plans and packs.

04 / DOWNLOAD

Wait, then download

Rendering usually takes about 8–10 minutes. Preview the 19-second MP4 here and download it. It also stays in Your tasks.

Shot by shot

What happens in the 19 seconds.

The cut is fixed. Here is when each seat is on screen, so you know which photo matters most.

0–1s

Lead, side close-up

The video opens tight on the Lead from the side. It is short, but it is the first face viewers see.

Seat: Lead (image 1)
~1–8s

Wide shot of the band

The camera pulls back. Left stands on the left, Keys sits at the keyboard in the center, and Right stands on the right.

Seats: Left, Keys, Right (images 2–4)
~8–14s

Lead, laughing close-up

The longest close-up in the cut. The Lead laughs into the camera. This is the shot most people remember.

Seat: Lead (image 1)
~14–17s

Sax close-up

A close-up on the saxophone player. Posts often save their reveal for this seat.

Seat: Sax (image 5)
~17–19s

Back to the wide shot

The cut ends on the band again, with the Left, Keys and Right seats in frame.

Photo tips

Pick photos that hold up in the shot.

One person, face visible

Use one person per photo, facing the camera or turned slightly. No sunglasses, masks or hands over the face.

Best photo goes to Lead

Lead gets two close-ups, so use your sharpest, best-lit photo there. Sax is also a close-up.

Wide-shot seats are small

Left, Keys and Right are smaller in frame. A clear, unblocked face matters more than resolution.

Even light

Daylight or soft indoor light works best. Strong shadows across the face make the swap less stable.

Different person per seat

Each seat needs its own photo. Crop group photos down to one face before uploading.

File size

JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. The page shrinks large photos to under 5 MB before upload.

FAQ

Before you upload.

How much does a Tiny Desk AI video cost?

1000 credits per video. The price is the same whether you fill one seat or all five. Sign in to see your balance; if it is short, the page shows subscription plans and credit packs.

How long does it take?

Usually about 8 to 10 minutes. You can keep the tab open or come back later; the task stays in Your tasks and the page resumes checking it.

Which photo goes in which seat?

Lead is the side close-up at the start and the laughing close-up around 8 to 14 seconds. Left stands on the left in the wide shot, Keys sits at the keyboard in the center, Right stands on the right, and Sax is the saxophone close-up around 14 to 17 seconds.

What happens to the seats I leave empty?

They keep the original performer. Your Lead photo is not copied into empty seats.

Why is the Lead photo required?

Lead is on screen in two close-ups, the opening shot and the laugh. Without a Lead face the cut would barely change, so Lead is the one seat you must fill.

Can I use the same face in two seats?

No. Each seat takes a different photo of a different person. The page blocks the same file from being added twice.

Can one group photo fill every seat?

No. Use one photo per seat with one person in it. Crop group photos to a single face first.

How long is the video and what format is it?

About 19 seconds, vertical 9:16 MP4, with the original Outstanding audio. There is one fixed cut, no prompt box and no other length.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The page works in mobile browsers. Pick photos from your camera roll, sign in, create, and download the MP4 to your phone.

What if generation fails?

The task shows as Failed with the reason. Failed tasks follow the credit refund rules and your balance refreshes on this page. If it looks wrong, email support@reelmuse.ai with the task ID.

Is there a watermark?

This site does not add its own logo or watermark. You download the MP4 the service returns.

Are my photos private, and whose faces can I use?

Tasks are created as private. Only upload yourself, original characters, or people who agreed to be in the video. See Privacy.

Were the example videos made on this site?

No. They are public TikTok posts credited to their creators, shown so you can see the cut. They are not our renders.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Sign in with email or Google. The account holds your credits and your task history.
